Not a theoretical understanding of coaching. A real practice built on a theological foundation, assessed through supervised hours, and credentialed by an institution that takes the work seriously.
The Theological Foundation
Every competency in Now Faith Factor is built on the Now Faith Framework. You are not learning secular coaching tools with scripture references attached. You are learning a coaching methodology built from the ground up on Hebrews 11:1 — so the theology IS the methodology and the methodology IS the theology.
The Coaching Competencies
Session structure. Question architecture. The distinction between aspiration and substance. Evidence-building frameworks. Client accountability systems. The difference between coaching and counseling, coaching and mentoring, coaching and prophetic ministry. The ethical boundaries of faith-integrated coaching.
All of it built from the Now Faith Framework and applied to real client situations.
The Supervised Practice
Now Faith Factor is not a video course. Students complete supervised coaching hours — real sessions, observed and assessed by a trained facilitator. The supervised hours are where the competency moves from intellectual understanding to practiced skill.
The Assessment
Students are assessed on their ability to apply the Now Faith Framework in a real coaching demonstration. The credential is not issued for completion it is issued for demonstrated competency.
